If the stake was run and has not been paid the OP should have put up that link. This is someone asking about pokes dispute from august, and wants to make sure the 2 2p2'ers are safe in the states currently.

I read the entire post, it's someone on 2+2 saying they got scammed out of 30 bucks, but no DETAILS. There's no information about if this was a loan, or a stake, and how long at this point no communication had been received.....1 day....5 days...10??? there's no details, just a random comment that they got scammed for 30 bucks from him.

FWIW, it ends up 2+2 banned due to this new series of posts in the Negative Feedback Thread (off yet another account). It could be for one of two reasons (or both), (1) he was actively soliciting money for a stake or MTT program while not 'marketplace approved'. You will likely be banned just for that reason, trying to get around the protections 2+2 has in place. (2) They determined he stole from people and did not pay back or offer to pay back in a reasonable time period.

For what it's worth, you can associate the id "LEC" with him now, Two Plus Two Poker Forums - View Profile: LEC was his new 2+2 created id that he had to create to hide because he scammed poke and got his original id banned, and now his new id LEC has been canned.

This is kinda weird you guys doin this when he has paid poke back and admitted what hes done. Hes not scamming anyone as far as I know He is just tryin to get himself going!
