We need input from popular horses and stakers, rivdee and s810car as to what would make the staking page best.

My current Ticker Specs:


1) You must be a member at least 60 days to post an advertisement
2) All advertisements must be something to do with this site (no offsite stuff, no porn, no referral links) Mods can see all pending Ads, delete + ban users from using this feature
3) If you have your chat \ posting removed or in default on a loan you are not allowed to use this feature
4) All Ads will be live for 60 seconds. They will stack on top of each other in order of payment
5) All Ads will be limited to a set # of characters (Start with 70)
6) All Ads will cost 5 points (We'll keep track of the points, the points will go towards something TBD)
7) You cannot start ANOTHER Ad until you have no pending ads or 5 minutes has gone by


You will no longer be allowed to ask for stakes, promote LLBs, Marketplace etc in the main chat (Use this ticker now)

Were going to limit the number of ads that can be stacked and something will have to be done about time limit as to how many ads can be stacked at once so people arent playing games and bumping someone off the ad's by stacking several ads or something of course.

You can only do 1 at a time... or max 1 every 5 mins..

If this is an issue, we'll fix it..
