    Crowdflower converts really well once you get it down.
    You will get the hang of it, it took me a good couple weeks to feel like I kinda knew what I was doing.

    ty very much PooffyFooffy,very helpful advice,and yes crowdflower seems like the ONLY one that is converting for me.although i had a few here and there convert form others but not evry time
