somedays nothing seems to work ....filled out surveys and downloaded several things for 0 points.

i never getting points for this when i listen. im not sure why.

I thought the same thing at first. Just leave windows open and contact support if you must.

You click the link, after 10 minutes a captcha will appear and when you fill it in you get your five points and then the 10 minutes starts over again.
