    I say Micro or low level cash games starting out you sit as long as you want or need. Just make sure you have control over emotions and spending. however much cash you put on seperate it to a certain % and only pla with that to give yourself a chance to build. I always use 25% and it works like this If i put 20 bucks on ill go sit down with 5 and see what i can turn that to. when im done with that i take a break and come back that determines if i move up or not. Sng's could tire you out a lot of people treat micro money tourneys like there gonna get them rich. lol GL.

    I use to play heads up cash games now i have transitioned to MTTs. Just play what your better at.

    I disagree. You just need more Buyins in MTTs because of the higher variance which is a killer.
