There gottabe a thing to stop the IP to make new account....Ban proxies Zab and problem willbe 75% solved. Will stop members from scamming then making new account.

Or what if you have people have to use a land line to verify their account bycalling them like some sites have. But not a cellphone must be home phone? That could help....

This shit boils down to people being stupid. I mean in real life would you give somebody that you didn't know or trust $75 bucks without no way of being sure you were going to get what you paid for? Haven't got scammed and if I do ever get scammed good for them cause they earned it. lol I mean he got me for 5 bucks but 5 bucks is nothing. I will give people a chance to get me for something small but you should never do a deal with anything more then a couple bucks if you are going on nothing more then faith. That is unless you know and trust the person

I would look into getting your money back by contacting paypal. They have what is called a Resolution Center. It is akward and confusing but just spend some time studying this part of the paypal services which you are entitled to and that will help for future reference as well.

Even talk with PO or start a discussion if you still have troubles figuring out how to work out paypal and its services.
