Jayyy27 Problems With Stake

I staked Jayyy27 $29.10 Yesterday to play 3 tourneys.

As you can see I staked him in
the $11 2.5gtd.
the $6r 2kgtd.
And the $5.50 500gtd.

I asked Jay prior to putting the thread up what he'd like to play and he said anything holdem. I created the thread and originally had the $5.50 300gtd in place of the 500gtd. jay said the 500gtd would be better value so why dont we change it to that. I said fine done. And I changed it. He also stated he would play the 10pm 6r instead of the 7pm one because you got 2500chips to start. Again better value. I said all good. Gl.

I also stated in the thread id like hands and results posted as i would not be at home to rail most of the evening. ( nothing posted by him)

Well he went out in the $11 79th or something. Ok cool. hes got two more tourneys to play later tonight.all good.

Well i get to my gfs around the time the 10pm 6r is about to start. Dont see jay in it so i bubble him. He tells me he played the 7pm one and lost and played the 300gtd and lost that too and hes about to jump in the 500gtd. I tell him thats not what we agreed upon. you used the unused buyin of the $6r to play a tourney without asking me? Ship back the $6 you should have left from the money. He then tells me he only has $5.66 left (? wtf did you play with my money?) and hed ship .34 on wed. (lol. you cant ship .34 cents) He does indeed ship the 5.66.

Ive liked jay since i became active here but this is way outa line. I thought everyone should know

wow. i gotta agree with jfaive here. if you agree to a stake, you agree to all terms. if terms are gonna be changed it is done by the staker. NOT the horse. you play the games you agreed upon. if you played games you did not agree upon you owe that money back to the staker. there is no if and or buts here. from what i read you owe him for the 6.60 rebuy that you werent supposed to play, and the 300gtd that you werent supposed to play. $12.10

we here at pokerowned see this shit too often. if you cannot make an agreement and stick to it because youre jonesin, then you dont need to play. agreements are made for reasons. how can you expect anyone to want to stake you if you cant listen?

So when I get the money I will pay him back there's more to the story then that and I am not going to go into it. Thanks though for ruining my good graces with all the other people I have worked with. Funny I remember a lot of people That wanted to stake me I will payit back if I don't make it. I guess that never got brought up did it Jaive. Amyway what ever is the balance minus the 5.66 I shipped to him I will asap. how can you expect them to come up with anything but negative stuff if you dont post the other side of the story...you cant just expect your good nature to stay like it if someone posts something like this that isnt true post its not true and why, with the current influx of scammers you can understand why people are reacting like this, personally ikm staying neutral until i see proof that one or the other is right, but from the ops post you certainly do not look like the one in the right here jay

I,ve worked with a lot of people that would say I have gone above and beyond while trading or staking. I not going to explain myself while newbies comment I someone they don't know. You know what I don't care if you want to hear the other side ir whatt let everyone thinked I scammed for 12$ after all the 100's of $ in stakes I have gone through with different people. I been here for a year and had nothing but goos trades and everything so fuck it hang me for 12$. Fuck yall

see if it was me and i was made out to be a scammer/defaulter/general dick on a stake after a near perfect record id do my damnedest to clear my name and prove that the person was lying especially over a measly $12 and accusations that i was going against agreed stake terms...yet youd rather just say fuck you to the entire community? makes no sense dude

What posted is exactly how it went down. You never told me you'd pay me back.you never said I'm sorry. You got pissed actually and said if this is how I do business than you were done with me. You didn't contact me and say sorry I fucked up. Let me make it right. You instead got mad that I was pissed you didn't play what we agreed on

Because what posted is 100' accurate. Why would I make shit up? I'm out to get jay for shits and gigglez after I've staked him numerous times?

It is none of my business, but even if a stakee screws up and then later pays back, that is still unacceptable and should not be happening. There is an agreement that was made, I am not sure why so many feel it is ok to go outside the box with someone elses money.

This is in general, it is not the first time I have seen it.

ok my take on this is I would stake jayy, and still might. I don't agree with him running another game when the other party was not on lline. Jayy did say he would ship the other funds in a few days. I would have waited until then to see if he did or didn't before making a thread.

I don't think jayy is a scumbag though, that is a little harsh considering how others are here.

Just to calrify jay never told me once he would send back the $12.10 from the unagreed upon tourneys he entered. He as i stated previously in this thread got pissed at me for being pissed at him for playing unagreed upon tourneys. He should have had $6 left from the stake money. He only had $5.66. So this means he played cash or another tourney we hadnt agreed upon with my money. Have some fucking respect for other peoples money. The last few posts by drywall and shark have me pretty heated. I was nice enough to stake jay and trust him with my money. This was not jays money to do with as he wished. If yall are ok with this than ok. but im not. Just last night after i posted this thread prayforspades staked jay into a couple tourneys. Why dont you just ship me my 12.10 and .34 and then he can play whatever he wants.

by no means was I ok with him doing whatever because you were not on. I even said that, all I said is if he told you he was going to send more $ back for whatever, I would have waited on that before making a thread. That is just my opinion, I am not saying jayy was in the right in any way. I have even told him that in a PM.

I think the thing everyone is missing is that he never said he would ship the funds first he just got mad cause dude got mad at him for playing games that were not agreed upon, and said he would ship the funds after this thread was made and knew his reputation was on the line.. I don't know a lot about this kind of thing but I think that is why jfaive is mad... but if people still want to stake the guy I don't think he should be mad about that, good that he is letting people know so they have all the info before doing it and I think that was his goal in making this thread as well as venting a little cause who likes getting screwed over no matter what the amount is.

I have got nothing against u personally but u don't seem like you are even sorry or think that u messed up in any way. and the amount again I don't think has a whole lot to do with it but like everyone has been saying it wasn't a loan for you just to pay back when u can. just say u messed up and apologize would be a good start instead of getting mad at everyone for having a opinion.

IMO this should have been able to be resolved without a thread. There are always 3 sides to a story. I don't have any issues with anyone involved. I hope that this gets resolved. Jay is a good dude. We all are degenerates and friends for the most part. When business and pleasure get mixed together there is always a chance for this kind of issue. Communication is key.

Jayyy is not hurting for poker funds so he wouldn't screw anyone out of anything. He has absolutely no reason to. That being said; yes there may have been a breach of agreement, but I am sure the intent was not to scam in any way shape or form.

I very seldom stake players, but, if I was in the market to do so, jayyy would be on my short list of possible players.
