713chipmonster is a scammer over $5.50. Owed for 2 months

but when we do find out, that indeed someone is scammed, after it is PROVEN, then what?

so far, the answer has been let them still have 100% access

and in some cases scam again

Seems to me there's a few options.

1) Middle Man upgrade (Middle man gets a % of the action)

2) Some way to send paypal to the site here (That cant be charged back, paypal gift card or something)

3) Some other currency, start trading paypal for bitcoins and then trading bitcoins.. I would suggest we stop using paypal altogether and start using bitcoins. I have NEVER sold bitcoins, and it took me about 10 minutes to sell the ones I had last night.

So I ask you, what do you want to see when someone gets scammed.. First, again, YOU HAVE TO PROVE they got scammed.

there are some people i wouldn't deal with on the site.

but what i have seen a lot of lately, is scammers scamming scammers.

So yes, you DO have educated traders such as me, who would not trade with certain folks, then you have uneducated folks who get scammed, and you now also have scammers scamming scammers, because in general people won't deal with them.
