    but when we do find out, that indeed someone is scammed, after it is PROVEN, then what?

    so far, the answer has been let them still have 100% access

    and in some cases scam again

    So I ask you, what do you want to see when someone gets scammed.. First, again, YOU HAVE TO PROVE they got scammed.
