If you took money that wasn't yours and played it against the stakers wishes, then yes, it's stealing. That's not how staking works - you play a set plan according to the person providing the money.
Being honest about going against the staking agreement doesn't earn you points - what is the plan for payment going forward?

The only risk a staker SHOULD have is standard variance, choosing a poor horse that loses, or bad luck, acts of God, etc. a horse breaking terms due to tilt or w/e else is not standard risk, and shouldn't be encouraged, this attitude really shines light on your reliability as a horse, hope you aren't running for anyone, I'd be concerned for them
