From now on if someone wants to make a bounty it has to be simple. NO STIPULATIONS

example= 100 Point Bounty on 7PiedPiper7

see simple, no more stipulations. It causes to much cinfusion and disrupts the chat.

point 1 it SHOULD be down to the mods discretion as to whether a bounty is posted or not afterall im pretty sure its what you are for and as such you should be able to use your common fucking sense

point 2 it was i thought fairly obvious as to why mr fucking cry baby didnt get his bounty stickied and as such this should be a none issue...especially when 80% of the bounties i see have that 1 stipulation of "out before me" and i know that ALL the bounties i have made have had it usually cuz of an llb

point 3 with you deciding this (as it seems to the outside world u just randomly make these descisions without any forethought as to the subsequent consequences this will essentially stop alot of the bounty postings whi9ch is generally a user with alot of points helping out users with not so many points of making some easy points


but kudos uve essentially allowed a member (who with his apparent roll really should be 2 busy to be playing here anymore) to fuck up everybody elses enjoyment of the site bounties are supposed to be fun and encourage friendly rivalries NOT to cause a big fucking drama in the chat

The problem that arises with bounties having stipulations is that even if someone doesnt complete all the stipulations they still look for the bounty to be paid. The person who set the bounty wont pay in this spot, and because it was stickied all the anger/abuse about getting the bounty is directed at mods.

It is just an avoidable headache if we just blanket ban any bounties with stipulations. Of course people are still allowed to post in chat if they want to have a bounty with stipulations but it wont be stickied, and if the person spams said bounty to keep it on the screen they will likely get a chat ban.

still never been an issue when common sense has been applied ive not seen any of the above issues u have mentioned be problems because the stipulations have always been minimal
