The offerwalls always update with new surveys/registrations/etc. Also, some of the daily offers like lifescript can be done again if you clear your cookies. Crowdflower always has new tasks as well. So there's always stuff to do.

As an aside, it's a lot harder on the weekends because sponsorpay/superrewards/etc. don't update much.

Some offers/tasks are only around for a certain time frame, others have a limit, (first come first served basis). Others have daily caps, and they usually reset between 12am and 3am (but not always).

New offers do come out, you just have to watch for them. If you do offers/tasks on other reward sites, you will have a harder time finding things to do here, as you can't repeat most of the offers.

As Rivdee said, weekends are harder when it comes to seeing/completing new offers. You just have to be patient and look for things to do.
