The offerwalls always update with new surveys/registrations/etc. Also, some of the daily offers like lifescript can be done again if you clear your cookies. Crowdflower always has new tasks as well. So there's always stuff to do.

As an aside, it's a lot harder on the weekends because sponsorpay/superrewards/etc. don't update much.
