First off tebow doesnt call the plays so its not his fault that he doesnt pass the ball that much. Secondly do you watch him play. IM not saying he is brady level passer but atleast half of his incompletes are right on the money but because his recievers suck they dont catch the ball. And all his throws are aimed for where the reciever can make a play but the defense cannot make the interception. That is why he has 8 passing TD's to 1 interception.
Also people dismiss that this is basically tebows rookie season as he didnt get a look in last year. And while other rookie QB's instead of being harshly criticised, people say that accuracy and reading defense will come with time, But as far as tebow is concerned he is not given this benefit of the doubt in that he will improve.
This season ive done alot of searching on the web about tebow, watching videos, reading in forums and other articles. And more than once im come across threads proposing Tim Tebow is possibly the greatest of all time college player let alone college QB. Whether he is or not i am not saying but there is alot of people who think he might have been. Now people are basically writing him off of ever being able to play QB in the NFL.
Tebow does not have to be the best passer in the league to succeed. He thrives in a different system. And imo it is the fault of many nfl teams who try to play an offense similar to the patriots or packers when they simply dont have a good QB. So if there are like 5 at most elite passing QB's in the league why should other teams without those QB's try to play a system that just doesnt suit them that well.
And to finish up on your point of tebow having great weapons...How come with these offense weapons and brandon llyod that kyle orton went 1-5 this year. By your statements Orton had 3 weapons that would make any team which imo is pretty stacked but yet he still couldnt by a win.
