yeah i hate playing with people that just go all in all the time
I happen to be one of those "crazy players" and it can be very successful really. Mainly because few people are willing to risk the whole tournament on just 1 preflop hand... and therefore we can steal blinds. It's a risky way to play but can be very beneficial.

If your just playing freerolls all the time this could be the reason why you run into so many donks, however once you get into some real money play, it becomes alot less like a lottery and more like a skill game. (In terms of MTTs)
For some players, they feel the need to start with big stacks, so they take a chance with an all in on the first hand.
stealing blind never work. always run into big pairs.
I love how you found it necessary to post this twice...
easy 10 points i guess, think i'll stretch this post out so it qualifies for 5 points. That should be long enough now?, few more characters to make sure..... there goes.
Welcome to Pokerowned.
Poker just isn't for you bud. Your too sensitive. If you can't handle losing with KK you can't handle poker period. I have lost with quads, for a pot big enough to pay my bills for 3 months, I got over it, moved on and got it all back. Think about it, you lost a hand that at best you were a 4to1 favorite, that means 20% of the time YOU LOSE. And you think its not you that needs to "get serious"? Poker is a game of RESULTS not predictability. Trust in variables not probables.
This is why you take notes. You start putting them on a range of hands that they are willing to give away their chips with.
If you notice that he/she only does it with aces then fold. However, if the person is doing it with Ace Jack and up then you made the absolute best call. So they knocked you out. It is about making the correct decision for that situation.
You have to learn to distance yourself from the bad beats.
I have been around for a month or so, I have found that there is really little actual 'play' in these freerolls. It is for the most part just push or fold.
The shovefest always happens at the beginning of any freeroll, it's just a fact of life. You should only be looking to go all in against a couple of opponents with AA or KK. If they get cracked oh well. Otherwise you wait for the field to thin out and begin to play.
In my opinion, you want the rags to call you, the odds are still the same...let them try it
Why would rags call you? That might happen in Step1 or the big freerolls but that shouldn't be happening in the beginning of a private tourney. People that go all in at the start of the tourney are idiots. Even AK is not that far ahead of two random cards.
Im new here but have been playing the freerolls for several days and eves. So far, I think the evening play is alot calmer. Guess only time will tell...lol...
I go all in a lot compared to others,,, but I have something or I'm trying isolate to one player or take it down without a call.
He is referring to the first couple plays of the tourney when blinds are minimum and someone open raises all in. It least that is what I believe he is talking about. I go all in quite a bit myself but not in the first hand with no action in front of me.
First lesson ~ dumbasses will be dumbasses fosure ~
people are idiots when it comes to going all in
thats the best play!!! most of the players in that game are on the same level as corky is rollerblading!!!
#teamswerve
well fight for two hours and fight to stay alive. or just win and win huge in the first moments of a game.
people will call your AA all in first hand of the game with some bullshit and pull out a win, fucking happens. gross.
poker, there are no rules in poker. I mean crying, theres no crying in poker.
step the fuck up
if ur ggonna be upset losing all ur chips first hand just fold fk it wait for a beter spot, othr day I had QQ i couldnt fold so ai just walkd away and timed out let it vfold it forr me
I see a donkey rolling for freedom!
so who is the most serious of us all, I think its the donk that calls off with rags and hits
these people also lack the discipline that it takes to be a good poker player i think
racing with the best hand somehow alwasys lose.
AA/KK Im calling If I know its you? 22 Im calling...lol.... I see many donks all in early and - no matter what - leave early. The thrill of making a table fold is always trumped by fishing for aces, finding them, and hitting the rail.
This is another reason why late reg is kinda awesome...it lets everyone get the crazy out of their system, and then you can sit down and play.
weeeeeee i need a game plan fun steps are killin me for patience
just fold and let them kill there self its there chips can learn to not be a idiot and shove first hand
some people just have no common sense!! it amazes me still!!!
I love donkeys. I don't know why anyone complains about them. If it weren't for donks, the profit margin diminishes pretty severely.
