How often have you played live, and when you start to in the casinos (assuming you are playing 1/2), what are you gonna bring to the table for each session?

Word of advice from an old salt - avoid playing in the day (initially - the level of opponent is definitely easier at night), and buy-in for max (usually 200-300 depending on where you go)

i was down a buyin today had AJ vs a maniac raised preflop .. flop comes J T 8 .. he raised for pot i reraised half my stack, he called nomatter what card came on the turn i was going all in.. turn comes a T and he shows the T9..

i also lost 3 straight pots vs him where runner runner flush come out with 4 of a suit showing..

in any event it was a long grind today and i bounced back..

in fact he came on later on in the day and i won 2 hughe pots versus him, and stacked him for revenage..

so my profit for today is$2.89

im diffenately doing 1/2 nl 200 buy in .. the deeper stacked the better... yes friday nights, and saturadays i wanna get my work in lol
