    Lock buying Cake Network -- What Software though?

    Got this from Lock this morning when I asked if they were going to use Cakes awful software:

    We are using the existing Cake software, but part of our acquisition was to revamp everything with the Lock treatment.

    We were actually waiting for Merge to release their updated software which we redesigned for them, but it hasn't quite made it to Beta yet. We will now take those improvements and turn out attention to the Cake software to give it an update more inline with the user friendly Lock feel.

    So in short yes we are, but expect an update sooner rather than later.


    Once Lock takes over Cake we WILL have daily tournaments once again on the Cake (Lock) network!!

    This should get real interesting with USA players looking for something different than Merge or Cake. This could be huge public relation boost if they focus on the short comings with both networks in that regards.
