one should never talk about their hand or what their action would be in a multi-way pot - it could affect the action. if it's heads-up, it's a different story as long as it's the players in the hand that are talking. while collusion is a bit of stretch here, it is unethical to state your action.

I wouldn't say it's exactly colluding, but it's sure enough not fair. You shouldn't speak about hands while in the middle of one, end of question. I understand where Mike is frustrated here. It's a little depressing that this is even getting spoken of, considering most of us have played for years. Speaking during hands is a big no, if you did that stuff in live poker, you would get beaten. No doubt.
