yup 5 point should be the minium however when i got 3% i rack up 24 points extra i did 6 survey and downloaded a shitload of games I dont even think i got all my points oh well. 3% sucks at least when you when 10 points you can draft a fantasy team.
However it is more difficult to earn points for the non-usa players... but so is the game

Yeah the 3% sucks if ur not doing some big point stuff, but thats why its called a lottery. And with that being said at least with this lottery u win something every time. Just try your local lottery where ull most likely win NOTHING!!
