I have the same problem. Its very annoying to have to sit there through 20 minutes or more for nothing. And it seems like you have no way of knowing if its working or not. Ive already read the beginners guide several times and its not really helping me. I really need these points that are up for grabs but nothing seems to work for me. grrrrr
