Hi JokerStars and welcome to the site. Some offers take a little bit to credit so you should give it some time. However, if it continues to not credit most walls have a way of contacting support for it to credit and you can show those 2 pictures! Best of luck.

You start out with a quality score of 100 so if anything that means you DIDNT complete it.

If the offer was completed it would have been credited to your account - you need to complete a survey on top of filling out your information to get credit.

There are a lot of easier offers on adgate, adscend and dryverless ads that are quick points - I would suggest starting there to build up.

You get that message when they are out of surveys meeting you demographic, it has nothing to do with whether you completed a survey or not. And if you're quality score is 100 (which is the default), you didnt' properly complete the offer. I listed a few other walls that are a lot easier to convert than surveys, I would suggest starting there.
