I've adjusted a little bit on my play, it seems to be working out a little better, placed in a PO trny yesterday.
Now my new question is for advise for MICRO tables. Tight didn't seem to work nor did aggressive or tight aggressive lmao any advice

You have to learn to pick you spots and learn to read your opponent. If you can get a good read on your opponent, you will most likely win in both cash games and tournaments. Micro tables are tough because it is already hard to make people lay down their hand if they are drawing.

Though free roll play cannot be compared to actual cash game. That simple

I have noticed sometimes I let myself slip into bad habits by playing so many free rolls

I'm just starting to play some cash, and I find it to be a much easier game. Throughout a tournament you have to constantly be making adjustments due to the structure of a tournament, but you don't have to worry about those factors in a cash game. I still haven't played much live NL yet, so I'm not sure how that will go, but I'm happy with my online cash game play.

cash games is the best. if you lose, all you have to do is reach for your wallet. in a tournament, once you are out, ur done. i hate that.
