You have to go to a poker site that tells you what sites allow US player's.

Lock poker runs two satellite freerolls on Friday and Saturday to a $100k guarentee. Sign-ups start at 9:20 PM EST the night before and the tournament runs at 2 PM EST Friday and Saturday. The top 50 players win a seat.

Merge has their FRs every few hours as well as the Fun Steps. I also signed up for seals with clubs yesterday, and they have a freeroll that starts every hour. As far as value goes though, PO are definitely the best.
