The last thing I would ever wanna do if I was unlucky is grab a bear. I would definitely drink a beer though.

ways to stop a losing streak:
1)take a break
2)bankroll management/drop down a level for a little bit
3)reread your favorite poker books/forums
4)go over your hand histories and make sure you're really not just making mistakes
5)play shorter sessions when you're losing
6)don't drag out a winning session

worst thing about a losing streak is that it kills your self-confidence, take some time off and study the game and analyze your mistakes/leaks and you should be able to get that confidence back.
