6 handed tables will play more hands per hour, compared to 9. 6 handed usually gets more stable players, that don't 'hit-and-run'. you can observe 6 easier than 9 also, giving you a quicker 'read' of the table.
no different but i like the number 69. think i'll try it tonight.
different types of people playing different ways... i have found my game vtag does not do well on the 6 man table with a lot of prefloop rasing, but i can hold my own a little easier in the 9man.
i like 9, if you fold alot early there is some room for you to sit out the heaters
More people will call with rags.
6 handed games will play faster obviously since there are less people. The hand ranges will be much wider in 6 compared to 9 handed. There will be more blind stealing. Players will raise UTG more often with weaker holdings. Table dynamics can change rapidly with less people.
