Moneymaker wasn't great when he won, but he had a strategy planned out and stayed true to it. Hachem is and was pretty damned good. I think Yang is worse than Gold and it's not close.

Robert Varkonyi was def. the worst main event champ. At least Yang still plays poker.

No disagreement here. Gold didn't deserve to win. The guy was and is a real "A" hole. He was just a lucky person and that's all it was.
yeah honestly i agree with what most are saying between Jamie Gold and Jerry Yang. When i watched Jamie Gold even play on poker after dark i thought he was horrible. The range of players in the main event is huge, just goes to show anyone can win sometimes.
