OMG that is an easy fold for me, I would most likely fold though.
In any decent tourney you would fold them to any raise, having said that....there aren't too many decent online tourneys so you have to make your own read on the player betting!!
through my experience i've found that the best thing to do is just fold if ur not getting incredible pot odds to call...if you can see a flop for cheap, its worth set mining, otherwise its not safe...i used 2 jam with most pp's preflop but i've realized that doesnt work out too well usually...set mining is the way to go but only as long as the odds are there
Limp and pray!
:cool:Thats a fold, ur objective was to see a flop for a set
Well it looks like everyone covered everything. I think the most important factor is, how was he playing previous to this hand. Tight, Loose, did he maybe lose a big hand in the last 5 hands. Alot of dynamics. I can't say it would be an instant fold. What has his other showdowns looked like? I will take 77 if I think he is trying to push with A 10. I don't care what they say about overs, totally overrated. Sometimes even the buy-in has to come into question. Are you in a 100k GTD or something small like a $2 rebuy? I don't know. More info please next time.
shuda just called unless your prepared to call off your whole stack. by reraising in this situation you shud be prepared to jam it in. always think before you make a move and about the possible outcomes of making that move, dont just make a move blindly and youll avoid putting yourself in tricky spots
i cant seem to let a pocket pair threes go
