I see and read a lot of forums on here and other poker sites where players are so concerned about how to win and build bankrolls with the online casinos that let Americans play. It's the elephant in the room that nobody ever talks about. The fact that you can't cash out if you live in the United States. So, really, what's the fuss? I saw a post earlier that asked how Carbon Poker kept running when almost all of their guaranteed big games have way fewer players than they'd need to break even, much less be making money. How stupid of a question. One, have you ever played in a larger tourney on Carbon? Like $5K guaranteed or up? Try it and watch what happens. As soon as you get flopped a aces over anything full house, I advise you to fold it. Because you are being baited for a bad beat. Anything that looks like it's your lucky day to get such a hand will cost you your chips. Almost every single time. I'm saying this from experience, so believe me. Some player that won't chat or acknowledge anything will get quads or a straight flush and bad beat you. Go figure. Two, you simply can't cash out with them no matter how much of bankroll you build. If you get aggressive about it then you'll get locked out of their system. That happened to a good friend of mine that has over $3500 in his account with them. As soon as you try to really collect a check or transfer you will be told no, after they deduct your request from your balance.
Then if you call back and pursue collecting and want your money, you will be terminated from further activity. I'd like to hear how anybody from the United States actually cashes out anything from them. I have a balance that I'd like to withdraw from. I live in Louisiana, USA. Let me know how if you've got a method.
