I have never been the player to choose SnG tournaments over cash games however at this level and BR, SNG will be the best option to grind your BR up. I personally set a goal to have 100 BB for what ever game I'm planning to play but at the same time, I cannot dip into my BR more than 10% a day playing cash games.

So with a $200 BR I can just begin playing .01/.02 tables. Now you dont necessarily have to save up until you get 100x the BB in whatever game you choose to play, however allowing yourself rebuys for the inevitable suck outs and bad beats will definitely help.
