There is a reason why you often have to be a nit to win the most at PO and it has to do with the huge ratio of players like this in the field.
Of course, if your table allows you to play differently, then go for it.

if u going to play the best is always raise to 3 or 4 bb, then make u fold equity, and u kick out some people who is only hope is check flop cheaps

nah, its only best to raise all time when you play heads up, otherwise is a losing proposition you will much more flops than you hit
