how do you handle a bad beat?

I have had a hard time with bad beats and how i react. I used to follow the person around on stars or fulltilt and keep cursing them If they argued any back with me.I have also ranted in here more then once but i feel like i have been making big strides in not bringing it out on the table or in here. Havent had any melt downs in a while now LOl but i also havent been playing but one game a day.
