I expect to get sucked out on because of Carbon's RNG, so I just visualize the suckout and when it doesn't happen it's a nice surprise for me!

I replay the history, take one more look, curse the rigged site and log off.

I stay the same as when I win a hand. No emotion. Remember its only a game.

Getting better taking beats and leaving my emotion out of it and refrain from cussing or typing what a dumb move my opponent made the longer I play, but I am on my third computer. Cracked a screen on my laptop once after getting sucked out on in a tourney. Now, anymore I just take a deep breath and hope there are more chips in front of me after the hand is over.

Well no better what you do next don't try and get it back. I'd just try and think about all the times I was on the other side winning a donked hand and try and forget about it.
