can you back this up with mathematical proof?
I am pretty sure it just seems like you lose more with them, because we tend to remember the things that hurt more often.
You should download a hud trial and you will see that you will in fact see they hold areoung 80% or higher, if they don't you are doing something wrong.
If you're losing more than you're winning with AA over a large sample size, you need to reevaluate how you are playing them. Every hand is different, and what works in one situation may not work in another. Adaptability is an absolute necessity if you want to be a winning player.
One thing I learned early in my nl holdem play.. Is try to isolate my Aces against one player or two at the most... the more players involved means (of course) the odds of winning go down. Just my thoughts...
i try bt when ur playing these cheap tournies, they will callyou with KQ KJ and sneak 2 pair or sttr8 almost everytime
definitely win more often than lose, ya just remember the losses a little better sometimes.
mostly win till the river. after that - coin flip
If you're not mostly winning with aces, you're doing it wrong. Stop slow playing your aces.
Am I the only one who doesn't complaint about aces?
this has to be the most non-sense making poker thread i have ever read.
once I lost a hand with AA in front of 44 ...
I always win more with aces
i won a lot but this days they r just not holding up
people win about 70% with aa end that is fact only if you realyrun buad......
Pocket AA can be deadly. I think any poker hand you can lose just as easy with aces if you over play them. Best bet is to get all in preflop obviously.
Yeah, if you didn't get it AIPF you're probably in trouble. If you do get it AIPF, you still might be in trouble. If you hate your pocket aces, ship them to me.
I think in person earns more with A since most are system programmed to eliminate short stacks with a very high percentage may have AA or AK and another 67 and goes straight if you have fewer chips
i think AA looses when 3way or more so bet much more money pre
i usually win with aa but when i am all in against someone i swear i am always really worried that its not gonna hold up
i usally win more cause i bet big pre flop,
all in as soon as i get em,... anytime you play them slow you lose but then again same with all in s lol
I would say I win with Aces more then I lose because I have learned to never slow play aces that usually ends very bad.
I'd say that I win more often with Aces. There have been times where I've had to fold Aces. It just depends on how you play them. Remember, every hand as bad boards.
pre flop all in.. or really big bet.. slow play can be a big mistake
with AA i lose 70% and i win 30% so wtf AA dont wort a shit just make a bigggggggggg raise and steal the blind if u want to win 100%
Recently, i've been losing more. But i'm not sure pokerstars is credible, it all happened there. Last two times i've been called for all my money and lost first to an ace queen offsuit, straight on the board and then to a KJ offsuit, trip kings.
AA is good for all in before flop... couse flop can ruin this monster hand really easy ... ;)
did u know, that AA comes every 216th hand? :)
I lose more, I have just reached a point where when i get them i just fold them, lol.
I believe that youwin more with aces but indeed it really is depended on how you play them
WIN WIN WIN !!!!!!!!!!!!
dumbest question everrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
i lose almost every hand with AA...
It all depends on the day ,worst days AA lose in better days i win
for all of yinz that THINK u lose more w/AA, i suggest u
a) STOP shoving PF
b) RAISE PF so u dont let anyone n their mother see the flop
N theres more but thatsa start.
I used to run HM n my AA won 97% of the time or round abouts. The problem w/AA is everyone remember when they were cracked but not many remember all the blinds u stole w/em or the big pots u won w/em.
