Mainly this is a limit game so bluffing isn't always the best option. But id say play according to how others at the table are playing. Generaly there is less bluffing in limit badugi, but there is more bluffing in pot limit badugi

Bluffing in draw games is called "snowing" or a "snow job" ... its when you "pat" a hand that missed representing a made hand.
