There is no way US players will be on Full Tilt before next year. Perhaps by 2014 US players will be allowed; however, first poker has to be leglaized, regulated, and then they have to apply for a license to operate. If you follow any of the licensing for the Nevada based online poker rooms it's a lenghthy process. They have to inspect the whole operation and the software. All of which takes a lot of time plus its the government doing it so they take their sweet time.
When I looked up "Ninjas" in Thesaurus.com, it said "Ninja's can't be found" Well played Ninjas, well played.

Yeah, they won't make it Play able to US citizens. It's not even here, while it's allready open. and my god, stars gone downhill, they say that their flops are secured, and theres no, need to worry about, but you can see it all round the tables...action needed site...50% of the time decides the pot turn or the river...

From what I understand, online poker is operating under a grey area. UIGEA has been interpreted in different ways, and some actually support the legality of online poker. However the US government used it to seize what assets they could of the 3 largest sites. However, it appears that while there are a few individuals being charged, the poker sites themselves don't necessarily have enough evidence against them to be charged with illegal activity. Instead of taking the whole thing to trial the us government agreed to not hold the sites accountable for any illegal activity and the poker sites agreed to stay out of the US market until online poker was definitively legal. Most other sites decided it wasn't worth the financial risk to stay in the US market in the unstable environment, but a few have stayed open and are taking the risk of future action from the US government.

i wish, but no news on allowing USA players yet. When it happens , watch out, if the damn Govt was smart , they would contract it out and take a percent of the rake to tackle the deficit.
