Carbon seems to be the new site, but some players have others as well
carbon poker , hero , awh .. all merge sites
Unfortunately I just play on carbon now, might have to check out hero though since people seem to like it.
when i checked out hero they told me they did not except usa players at the moment
betonline is a good one

LuvinPoker.com is a good site lots of freerolls and private games it's better than generic Betonline when it comes to graphics
the graphics for merge are the best so tht is what keeps me there
BetOnline has some of the worst software out there and tech support is a joke... it is fine for sports betting.... nothing else! Just google the nightmare stories or ask me. Of course you have Cake, Lock, Carbon, Intertops... You also have Bodog, but they are selling their license or something to that effect at the end of the year leaving the US players in question. Minted Poker is a great site... 40% RB... unfortunately they don't accept US credit cards... tried various ones... no luck... Just have to WU them $100 minimum... if you are a cash player I would say go with Carbon or Minted... if you are a tourney player definitely do not go with Minted as their traffic at peak hours is 1500-1800 (on a good day) but late at night in the US it seems around 500-1000 people on. Their cash tables are sooo soft though, and I have requested three payouts from them and received all three withing 4 days of sending off the withdrawal email. (They send it back to you via WU).
All in all it is up to you... but PLEASE... PLEASE research the horror stories of BetOnline before you put a red cent in!
I don't know about it being the best, but I am playing on Carbon, not so bad, not that good either.
i've stopped depositing on carbon because of their problems with withdrawal and downgrade of vip program and am anxiously waiting for usa sites to happen

Not sure if it has already been mentioned here but Hero Poker is now accepting American players, and have great freerolls to start a bankroll. Might want to check that site out if you haven't yet done so.
I think Carbon poker is the best site. I tried Cake and did not like it.
bet online is a good site, I have made a lot of money there no problems with depositing 50 with my credit card and cashing out 9 thousand via western union. All I had to do was send em a copy of my driverse license and credit card.
Americas card room is or at least was doyle's room. Might try that one
Good thing that US players at least are able to get back online and play again.
I think they are excepting new players with the exception of some states, eg NY
just merge, betonline which is really soft but looks like your playing on a calculator, bodog, maybe doyles.
playing on a calculator - doesn't sound good - merge does have the best graphics - but not the same site as before black friday
I'll have to look up some of these cites. (I mainly use carbon my self)
I have accounts on several Merge sites. Had a few before "Black Friday". The non Merge that I play on quite often is Bodog.... Also there is Cake (can't stand their software) don't play there.

Carbon need to start having better MTT's, all they have are rebuy/addon MTTs is ridiculous
I just want to play in a MTT that doesnt have a rebuy or addon option. With like a guarenteed prize pool of like 25,000. Thats what i miss about pokerstars was that they has hands down the best MTT's with the biggest prize pools of like over a MIL lol. those were the best always made it much more intresting to play them, because if you won your life was changed for ever! :) Carbon has to start having those soon.......God Bless Poker!
most people already said it, but carbon poker is the site i am using, and after getting used to the layout, kinda like it. maybe see you there
Although I miss the sites I used to play on, I'm grateful that the US can still play on Carbon Poker. My only suggestion would be more freerolls and more variety.
just hate the bad beats sometimes,but overall its your skill or good timed calls

i agree Carbon and PDC has the best graphics and very comfortable seating - not too busy like some of them
the only USA friendly site seems to be carbon. carbon is really getting old too.

Yeah, I'd say caronbpoker or Cakepoker because of the layout. Some people like betonline also, but I don't really like their layout. It's pretty ugly and sometimes it's pretty laggy.
minted is us frienly also, they have a 6 step sitngo freeroll promo with a $30 pot at step 6, step1's are totally free, play as many as you want. Traffic is incredibly low though.
