Only if you live in NV. It's the first legal online poker room in the USA atm but, only for those inside of NV state lines. You can cash in n out from any of the stations casinos.

pretty sure you only have to be in nevada, not necessarily a resident, i saw somewhere they were trying to get people to open an account if they were going to visit las vegas

Yeah, anyone can join and sign-up for an account (and even fund it). But you have to be in Nevada to play (and also have a cell phone with you). If you are counting on playing from Laughlin or other border towns (or town with only one cell phone tower) you my run into trouble due to the way they confirm your location.

I opened an account and used a address that I own as a vacation/gambling home In Vegas, Then I deposited some money; however, when I tried to play in a ring game they said I needed to verify my location at that moment by phone and they send a code. I did and I am at my house in Scottsdale, Arizona now and I wasn't allowed to play. Does anyone know if or when it might expand to operate in other states? The site is highly regulated by the Nevada State gaming board, that's awesome. All of the online poker sites in the world, at least from an American perspective are out of our control and really can't be 100% reliable or trustworthy. When it comes down to it, we are at these online Gaming sites mercy....Congress people pull your heads out of your azz's and get USA Gaming sites LEGAL.
