I recommend the Upside over the Netspend it has lower fees. Sometimes I have trouble suing Netspend whereas I never have trouble with the Upside card. Also you use Green Dot Money Packs to load the Upside which are tradable.

i don't think many sites accept mastercard

all of them support or take visa but not so with mc
