Iagree should of paid you back quickly...Had the same problem at intertops and never got my money back!

Usually when the server goes down while I was in I did get my buy-in refunded to me.But not had that happen for awhile.
Glad to hear they resolved your issue, its a comforting omen if nothing else. I only had .50c out in buy-ins or I may have E-mailed them also. However I do think they need to work a little better to resolve these problems. They should have cancelled and refunded all players buy-ins due to network issues, rather than let the first able to log-on just steal the blinds of the unfortunate players who took longer to log-in. They have the player lists and account info, yet they only refund those who actively advocate for themselves? Pretty low standard of customer service. I would be less inclined to deposit, if I hadn't free-rolled on with no intent of ever depositing anyways.
