The correct answer to this question is:

I reject the question and would never think of cheating.

However, if it were proven to me that everyone else on the table is cheating, and assuming we are limited to knowing the two options of knowing the hole cards or the flop, I would prefer to see the flop prior to betting.

The reason? All the other cheaters are probably looking at my hole cards.

They will likely fold to a small bet if I hit the flop and they don't, even if they have odds to draw. This because they are so spectacularly impressed with themselves for cheating. Once they start seeing I always hit the flop, they will form the irrational fear that I will hit draws as well.

Since I know they are cheating, and they think I couldn't be cheating with the dumb hole cards I play (which miraculously always seem to hit the flop), my fold equity is very high versus people cheating the other way.
