It all depends on your bankroll. If you have a small bankroll, I think anything $1 and under is a go. I dont think you can just play the 10 cent tournies or 60 cent sngs.

pokerstars: start grinding at $ 0,25 buy in tournaments and try to play at least 4 at a time so you don't get bored. when you have 13$ or more you can go to the 1$ buy in with 45 people (my favorite)

I enjoy grinding SNG's. Fast Fifty's and Double Ups are good for grinding.
