Went to dollar general today looked at prepaid cards and decided to give one a try and it worked no problem. It is a nFinanse prepaid debit card cost 3.00 load anything from 10.00 up go to nFinanse.com and register your card with same info on lock and it works right then. Just wanted to give everyone a new option.
