So on the rakeback would you still earn VIP points? To like spend in the store or stuff

I already have an 35% rakeback account on carbon from former days. Yes, you still recive VIP ponts, but only at a rate of 65%
(Vip programe you get 10 points per dollar rake with rakeback 6,5).
But I don?t know if they will change this now from June on.
