It appears to be a gimmick or free game site. I say "meh".

If nobody knows about it there is no point of playing there anyway, nobody to play against, no good tourneys, etc.
It is not a real money account. I have a account it is play money.

My aunt played on there for awhile. Personally I don't think it's worth the membership fees, but you can win stuff on it. I think they even give away some WSOP seats.
Haven't heard of it, sorry. There aren't many options for US players. Stick to the ones advertised on cardplayer or pokerlistings.

Sounds a lot like one of those sites that are really not worth the time and effort. There used to be some Hog site that was sort of the same.

I used to play at PURE PLAY, when it was called Chip Vault, I got a steady stream of checks, mostly $25 and $50, Like $600 or $700 in all, before I got tired of Monthly fee and didnt get entry into Big Monthly game because they FKd up. So I QUIT.
I used to play one sites like club wpt the money you spend monthly can be a small bankroll you grind up to a decent amount-There was an incident with a membership website that didn't give winners of WSOP Seats anything at all no money or a seat.
Research Sites before you open a real money account

i'm giving this online site a try and it pretty hard to get into the next round of play. i'm sure that I can get to the next round but hopefully it will be before the wsop starts lol
it is a joke and the software is terrible and slow it has been out for years

pureplay is a US based subscription site. like spadeclup, club WPT, and face-up. you pay about 20 bux a month, and all they have are tourneys. It is legal in US(classified as a sweepstakes) I have played them all, but you have to join early to make any $$ spade club guaranteed 100K a month in prizes and I was one of 1st 200 to join. made about 4K in a year! once too many join, its harder to win

I was a member of Pure Play mainly because of Black Friday... And I most say, I really enjoyed it.. I had lots of fun and basically won my membership fee every month... Its a great site to sharpen your MTT skill for a low-risk but dont expect to pay any bills by playing here...
