They changed the rules now, it is back to the old way, you need to make a minimum deposit. If you are already verified you may still be able to but it looks like new verifiers are going to have to make a deposit

Is this jsut for Aced, or for Carbon also? I never deposited before but I am able to transfer, will that change?

It might happen to you TrueOC. i was verified and transfered to my carbon and now i cant transfer till i make deposit

fuck....when I click player to player transfer it still allows me to transfer. but i wonder if it would go through if I do one.

It is pretty standard now, They all have to verify your identity, and confirm with a transaction. Even if its just for P2P
