if they do an offer you get a point(s) right away on credited offers for them. offer for 200 points probably get you 11 or 6 i suppose.

if you refer a friend and he uses or she uses your link to sign up for PO------- and does an offer- you get a few points each time. nots sure if this was the question.

I have two friends I mentioned but mysteriously not generate points.
I remember at some point if I generate points but not happened from one moment to another stop receiving points per referral.
