    It looks like it will be state to state for the near future, I believe once a number of states regulate, we will see regulation on the federal level.

    there's a lot to be made from poker too though?i mean if they taxed nevada the right way they would see

    i think they're more scared of money leaving the country than entering form online gambling tbh

    I believe it's now legal to play online poker in NJ I hope that it comes to New York next. It was big news the other day.

    New Jersey only lets certain operators.

    i still cant believe they do not care about fantasy sports betting online - which should. by definition. be more illegal than poker 0 but the NFL and others have too much money in this country

    They really should re allow it but the DOJ is just a screwed up as the rest of our government so they probably will say no to the taxes paid by the rake.

    The federal government has fallen so much in popularity they would rather leave everything up to state governments.If you do nothing then no one will have anything to complain about.
