Its still going to be awhile for the USA then its going to be state by state... Nevada being the first unless something dramatic happens after the election....

Then its up to pokerstars if they bring back FTP into the USA market... I see it early next year within the next 8-12 months everything will be regulated or at least some states will like Nevada and such...
