Imo it may be unfair but its right for the people outside of the usa to be paid first and quicker. Online Poker is legal in these other countries and their money was confiscated by the government of a country in which they dont reside. The ROW players should have had their money made available immediately. They didnt break any laws and were punished by someone who has no jurisdiction over them.
