A site can ban anybody, but as long as a person has not been found guilty, I would give them the benefit of the doubt.

Its not really about if hes guilty or not, its about what he did to ALOT of people, their money, n in some cases, ppls livelihoods. Theres alot of ppl out there that wouldnt mind askin him a few questions at the minimum. And even if thats all that happens is argument, the poker room isnt gonna want that there distracting their games n such. Just a matter of how much its gonna effect the safety of their patrons n their bottom line. If its gonna do that then the card room has every right to ask him not to play. If they let him then the other players have a right to not sit at the same table as him or even be there while he is.
Just my opinion on it.

Does it really matter what we think. Wouldnt change anything. If Aria doesnt want him there he will not be there. Regardless of what anyone says. They by law have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason they want

He should not be banned. The guy is slime and he damaged the state of poker but you can't just go banning people from casinos if they haven't done anything specific against the casino. People can choose to play with him or not but the casino is not going to ban him imo nor should they. Howard Lederer is suffering plenty from bad press and the hit on his reputation. I'm sure he is plenty miserable.
